After a life-altering personal experience of injustice and discrimination, our founder, Winnie, made a courageous decision: to leave everything behind and embark on a quest for meaning, joy, and authenticity .
With her husband, she returned to her childhood roots in Ghana , where they recreated a traditional ginger drink — natural , spicy , and full of character. It wasn't just a recipe: it was a taste of heritage and home .
When a friend tasted it and said, "You should bottle this," the spark became a flame. The idea for GINGER FLAME was born.
This journey reflects the profound Chinese concept of危机( wēijī ), which reminds us that at the heart of every crisis lies an opportunity . Our drink was born precisely at this crossroads— between danger and hope, between pain and light .
Since November 2020 , GINGER FLAME has carried a simple and strong mission: to offer natural , vibrant and bold drinks that awaken the senses and tell a true story — a story of courage , authenticity and resilience .

J'ai découvert cette boutique sur un groupe Facebook. J'ai tout de suite été attirée par l'offre découverte, car venant du Ghana, le shito est essentiel dans nos plats. Je suis vraiment contente d'avoir effectué cet achat car le shito était excellent et les jus de gimgembre exquis. Cela est arrivé très bien emballé. D'ailleurs j'ai l'intention de recommander dans les prochains jours car le gingembre a énormément de vertus, et associés à d'autres ingrédients comme ici cela fait énormément de bien.
